2 hour wait for nothing except a recommendation I have bought 2 cars from Rusty Wallace Kia and had a great car buying experience. So when the Ford I bought needed servicing, I assumed the Sevice Ce I have bought 2 cars from Rusty Wallace Kia and had a great car buying experience. So when the Ford I bought needed servicing, I assumed the Sevice Center would be the same. Well, I made an appointment at 245. I sat there for 2 hours or more, waiting for them. All I wanted to know really was if the extended warranty would cover the issue. Instead of telling me yes or no, I was pushed to go down there. Again, I assumed the service would be good so...why not. After waiting 2 hours I was told I'd have to take my car to the Ford Dealership for the repairs but they could diagnose it tho the diagnostic, if done would cost $165. They said the wait was due to them trying to figure out if their machine would hook up to my car. 2 Hours....to see if they could see if they could fix it. So, I left with no answers and a recommendation to take my service and business somewhere else because they sold me a car they cant work on. The issue Im having is a freon leak in my ac unit. Ill consider, maybe, returning there for my next car purchase but Ill not be going back to their service center. More
