Great Service We brought our Sorento in for a computer upgrade. We were greeted within minutes and directed to the waiting room. We were told about how long it would take (it was right on). After the upgrade we were told what was checked and the status and we were off. Again, A-1 Service. p.s. we bought a 2015 Sorento and a 2015 Soul both with excellent Sales Service as well. More
Fast Emergency Service! I was at the doctor and the car would not start. A friend came and jumped the car off and said drive to Kia without turning off the motor. I pulled ri I was at the doctor and the car would not start. A friend came and jumped the car off and said drive to Kia without turning off the motor. I pulled right in to the service desk leaving the car running and the service man was right at my door to ask my needs. I told him about the jump and asked should i leave the car on for him and he said yes. so I told him the mileage and got out of the car. I told him I was passed due for an oil change and since it was an unexpected trip, I had left my coupon card from the mail at home. He gave me a new battery estimate also and we waited in the waiting room in comfortable chairs watching tv and eating the free chips and colas. This was nice because I had not even eaten yet and it was after two. He came in 20 minutes later having gotten the testing done and told us the total and asked if i needed a ride to get money from the bank (I told him I wasn't sure when i came in). But I said I think between cash and credit card, we can swing it without an extra trip. The wait was very pleasant and comfortable especially with the free refreshments. It took about an hour after he spoke to us which is what he had predicted. He even replaced a lightbulb I did not know was out in the tail lights. It was an unexpected emergency but they got it done fast and my car was working perfectly again in time to get to my next appointment. He even found a coupon for me that made it cheaper on the oil change. Great experience!!! More

I requested a pick up after dropping my car off and the service was over an hour late from my request. Also as i phoned the company over and over i was informed that they were on the way and have to come to find out it was all false. I will actually never return to this dealership again. More
