Very poor service! Tire rotation, oil change I was waited 2 hr for a scheduled service with oil change and tire rotation. I was 7 min late because of unexpected construction work on Alcoa Hwy. This is my second time using Rusty wallace Kia at Alcoa Hwy. The firs time you scratched the tire rim of brand new car during rotation! At this time, I am not only waited 2 hr, but you charged me $51 for the service with my own oil. Mr. Gibbs did not want to use coupon for oil change, while previously the same coupon was suggested to use and used with the same service. I am very upset and never come back! More

Not satisfied Car had noise in the dash brought in for evaluation mechanic said though noise was caused by something in back of car. Made appt, brought car in 7:30a Car had noise in the dash brought in for evaluation mechanic said though noise was caused by something in back of car. Made appt, brought car in 7:30am, we had to call at 3:30pm to get answers. Was told dealer though issue was frame around license plate but they had removed and test drove car. Explained again the sound was in the dash and arranged to leave car another day. Called at 3pm next day and still no answer, was told dealer will call at 4pm with answer but received no call. Wife went by at 4:45 and same diagnosis (frame around license). Wife brought car home (with frame still around license) and noise still present. Will take car to a different dealer in area More
