Not up to expectations My visit this time was not what I expect to receive. Getting the service department to answer or return a call was very disappointing. I understand th My visit this time was not what I expect to receive. Getting the service department to answer or return a call was very disappointing. I understand there are busy times that prevent an immediate answer but a return call when your car is being serviced should always be a priority. Also a cover piece on the inside of my hatch was left off last year when I had it worked on and I told them when I made the appointment and when I arrived for my appointment. I also asked when I was paying and fixing to get my car back if the piece had been replaced. I was told yes so therefore I didn’t check until I got home in Athens and found it still hadn’t been replaced. At this point I want the piece mailed to me because I live 45 minutes away and work during the day. I called yesterday and received no answer again from the service department and I left a message and still haven’t received a return call. More
