I believe having to track down the service person from our last visit on the same issue is not correct. 2. I appreciate the use of a loaner car while we were in town. We were nearly late to our doctor appointment because the car required fuel when we took possession. 3. We were to be called when our vehicle was finished. That didn’t happen. We called every 45 minutes after 2pm hoping you were done. We also never received a return on those calls. More

The wait time was horrible. 6 hours. 😒 The first part was to replace a headlight wiring (recall) - 2hrs. 45 mins. The next part was a brake job 3 hrs. I ask how long it would take to do the brakes and was told 1 1/2 hrs. It took 3 hrs. TOO LONG!!!! Especially when no one is telling me anything about it. More

Outstanding service Had an issue with ABS light coming on. Service was book but worked me in. Was in and out in less than 2 hrs. Extremely Helpful! I stopped in to find out which tool was needed for my wheel locks. I decided I couldn’t afford that at the moment so they were kind enough to remove I stopped in to find out which tool was needed for my wheel locks. I decided I couldn’t afford that at the moment so they were kind enough to remove the locks and replace with regular lug-nuts. I didn’t have an appointment but they were extremely kind about it and took care of me anyway! They were so nice!! I will definitely contact them again when I need service!! More

I have had my Kia Sorento 2016 for 3 1/2 years and could not be more happy with the service department. Also, waiting lounge offers free WiFi, free snacks, and drinks! I just recently had a baby he is 3 and 1/2 months also have a 6 year old. Have not had time to vacuum out my car.... they generously offered to do that for me! What a help they were to this tired momma! More
