I always get my car serviced here I had a 9:00 appointment and waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me, there were at least 4 cars ahead of me trying to check in. For an oil change I had a 9:00 appointment and waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me, there were at least 4 cars ahead of me trying to check in. For an oil change with the works, one tire that needs nitrogen and to check on a rattling noise (Drive belt) I waited 2 1/2 hours. I have always had good service here but the wait time was unusually long this time. More

BRAVO I dropped of my vehicle to have a replacement installed. Recall service While my total experience was good as always with this service center I do have a couple complaints. I scheduled my appoint a week ahead of time for While my total experience was good as always with this service center I do have a couple complaints. I scheduled my appoint a week ahead of time for 8am, so I could get in and get out. I arrived at 7:43am and no one else was there, I pulled into one of the open parking spaces to wait. During my wait 4 other cars pulled in, but pulled into the area in front of the service bay door. When the staff arrived at 8:00am, I was told those 4 cats would be seen first. I would assume there were other 8am appointments scheduled, but why schedule if the order of arrival is considered over appointment time(one customer did not even have an appointment). Furthermore, when I scheduled the appointment, I received no instructions about where to park my vehicle. My other concern is regarding the recall parts. As mentioned I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time and specifically schedule it for the recall but.....I have to return next week to finish the recall service because they did not have the appropriate parts in stock.. My total time there was not to long, I had expected an hour to two hours. I have never experienced this inconsistency at Rusty Wallace Kia before More
