Chris assisted us when we arrived, he was very polite and informative, and Jenna closed everything out for us, she was also extemely polite and very helpul! Literally every staff member in the service department checked on us to make sure we were being assisted. Very friendly check in, good waiting room. I work second shift and live about 50 miles away, they had a tech working on Saturday to fix my door lock problems. Great 1st experience!!! Jenna was awesome!! My appointment time had a double booking and I was crunched for time as I was preparing to take my daughter to Vanderbilt for open Jenna was awesome!!
