Honor appointments I had a scheduled 4:30 appointment and drove into service area on time. There was one car ahead of me in line but it was unoccupied. Waited 10 minutes I had a scheduled 4:30 appointment and drove into service area on time. There was one car ahead of me in line but it was unoccupied. Waited 10 minutes there without anyone coming to me or greeting me. Cars now lined up behind me, people getting out walking up to service desk. Now the only person out front helping people who had arrived after me. So I got out of my car, walked to the line waiting to talk to the service desk person. About now a second person came to help. I told him a had a scheduled appointment. I showed him the coupon for my service (sent to my email from this dealership). He responded, “Are you sure that’s from our dealership?” “Our coupons are usually $39.95?!” Mine was $34.99. Had to show him the email to prove it was from Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. Keep in mind, my Kia is a 2011 and except for 1 or 2 oil changes at other places, due to time constraints, ALL my service has been at THIS dealership. Then he tells me “it’s a hour to hour and a half wait”. I realize you take walk-ins too but should honor scheduled appointments. I felt like it didn’t matter that I had one. Then at checkout my coupon had not been applied and I had to show that person as well. Certainly was not treated like a valued client. More

terrible 2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation just ridiculous. I hate that I can only use this dealership. Recent Recall Service and Oil Change The service staff is always very friendly, attentive and accommodating. They take time to make sure I understand what service they’re going to be perf The service staff is always very friendly, attentive and accommodating. They take time to make sure I understand what service they’re going to be performing and what they did after. My only constructive critique I could give would be with the loaner vehicle program. You have to schedule out the services very far in advanced if you need to take advantage of the loaner vehicle program. I’m assuming since there is not an adequate/abundant supply of loaner vehicles. Not to mention, all 3 loaner vehicles I’ve had were dirty, inside and out. When you are finally able to schedule an appointment where you can get a loaner it would be nice to at least have a clean one. I do have to say though they are always accommodating with my loaner car preferences - which is nice. One thing did happened during my last visit that I was not crazy about. I had my oil changed and they checked my car out for a potential recall. When Jenna went over the work performed on my car (she was fantastic), she mentioned they performed a multi-point inspection on the vehicle and told me when I’d need new brakes and tires and all that good stuff. I know that I had a tire slightly low on air since the light was on and the screen in the dash indicated as such. Well the service dept must have missed the blatantly obvious light and flashing screen because they failed to check and refill my tire that was low. While this isn’t a huge deal considering I didn’t “tell” them about it, however I would’ve assumed it would’ve come up during an inspection. All in all, I am overall very satisfied with the customer service of the service center. However I am not super pleased with the thoroughness of the service work. More

Excellent I had a recall issue repaired and other maintenance. My vehicle has about 180,000 miles on it and this was the first time I had replaced anything bes I had a recall issue repaired and other maintenance. My vehicle has about 180,000 miles on it and this was the first time I had replaced anything besides oil, filters, brakes, tires,and battery. My KIA Forte has been a great car. More
