Service took 1 hr and half longer than expected Service lady was great! However we were told that we had recalls on our Kia. So we made an appointment for the recalls. When making an appointment we were there in person and gave them a picture of the VIN number off our car. When we came in for an appointment the service took way longer than expected. They fix the other recalls and when we questioned the recall that we were there for they stated that they were unsure why they told us that that our car not under the recall that we were first told about. So it was estimated that they repair would take approximately an hour and we were there two and a half hours. A park is having a free car wash if you ask so since we were there so long we asked for a free car wash and since we asked for car wash it would take another 30 minutes before we could have our car More

Exceeds Expectations!!! The Service Department took great care of me and my vehicle. They set an appointment for drop off and pick up that accommodated my work schedule & da The Service Department took great care of me and my vehicle. They set an appointment for drop off and pick up that accommodated my work schedule & daily commute as well as provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the service. When I returned to the service department, the exterior of my vehicle was shiny clean from a wash and the inside was freshly vacuumed. Everything was ready to go, spic-and-span, paperwork provided, & questions answered! Jenna & her pit crew definitely went the extra mile to provide an outstanding experience!
