He said, yes I do. Dealer, no you'll have to make an appointment. He said, my wife did & we reserved a rental for the day. After an hour, they accepted & gave him a rental. Car wasn't done until the next day. Not convenient or professional. Everyone's schedule is crazy, that's the reason for making time to keep up with maintenance on your vehicle & making an appointment. More

Honest and Friendly I recently moved back to the area from Southern West Virginia. I've had regular service here twice, plus a recall service. There's plenty of drinks, snacks, and comforts in the lounge and they've been great about recommending needed service without being pushy on when to do it or what parts to get. I always feel well taken care of when I leave! More
