Excellent customer service In October I bought a truck from them and it was one of the easiest vehicle buying transactions I have ever had with any dealer. Fast forward two mon In October I bought a truck from them and it was one of the easiest vehicle buying transactions I have ever had with any dealer. Fast forward two months a couple of things needed attention on the truck. I texted Brian Kitts about the issue and he said bring it in. To make a long story short, Brian’s staff took care of my issue very promptly. I also want to thank Adam Fair for being a great salesman in helping us. Adam sold my mom a van in September. I can’t say enough about Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa and how they treat their customers. Do yourself a favor and go see Adam and Brian for your next vehicle. More

Windshield Replacement I bought a KIA SOUL as the owners were trading it in. It had a small ding, from I assume a rock. It was to be replaced at no cost to me. The Serive Re I bought a KIA SOUL as the owners were trading it in. It had a small ding, from I assume a rock. It was to be replaced at no cost to me. The Serive Representative was excellent and gave me a loaner car to use. They were very professional, did a terrific job and I am very happy with there service.
