9 1/2 hours to change a tire! I called to imform car was being towed in. Theynever called that it arrived like they said they would. I called 2 hours to check and they had no idea I called to imform car was being towed in. Theynever called that it arrived like they said they would. I called 2 hours to check and they had no idea my car was there. They had to find the car then find the key...couldn’t find the key. I called tow service and the key was where they said it wasnt. The part was warrantied and they argued it was not. Finally they tell me it will be done at 2:00. I called at 2:30 and they just resolved the warranty, said it would be done at 3:45, 4:30 they tell me it is done. Feel like I am not important and upset they treated me like this. They argued about a warranty that they know ai have because I used it two days before. More

Oil chsnge I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Service person met me and took my name and pulled up my info. I went to the waiting area and en I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Service person met me and took my name and pulled up my info. I went to the waiting area and enjoyed a cup of coffee. A few minutes later he came and notified me they were finished. He explained all the procedures they performed and I was on my way. They were very friendly and professional. I live 32 miles away but the extra drive is worth their excellent service. More

Warranty My kia only has 79000 miles and the said my accerator pedal sensor is not cocered even tho it is a control of the drive train. edit.. well I let them My kia only has 79000 miles and the said my accerator pedal sensor is not cocered even tho it is a control of the drive train. edit.. well I let them replace the sensor and they worked a deal for me to only pay half. i am still miffed about this not being under warranty. oh well live and learn.
