Don't understand why I had to wait 2months for an appointment and then had to wait for the part. When it came in, they made the appointment for 2 months. However the manager was able to get it in alo appointment and then had to wait for the part. When it came in, they made the appointment for 2 months. Stated burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles is normal. In 47 years of driving I have not had a car burn a quart of oil every 1000 miles. They did an oil change and put tamper seal on the dip stick, the cap where you fill your oil as well as the drain plug, and then wanted me to come back in 1000 miles. This shows how they do not believe their customers about what's going on with the car even after showing the carbon and oil that was coming out the exhaust left on cardboard that was under the car. While waiting for the oil change and explaining what was being done to the car and why another Rusty Wallace Kia customer stated they had the same issue and they had to do the same with their Sorrento. However they had to bring it back and forth 5 times every 1000 miles. She stated they had to argue to get some resolve. Kia paid off their Sorrento and gave them $5000.00 towards a new Kia. I explained to the other customer I would not have ever purchased another Kia. With that said I traded the car in and will never return to the dealer and will never return to the dealer or buy a Kia. More
