Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa - Service Center

The nice lady I spoke to was great, and I don’t know if it’s a Kia policy or what, but the service department wouldn’t even touch my car because of a previous collision. I was told to take it to a body sho it’s a Kia policy or what, but the service department wouldn’t even touch my car because of a previous collision. I was told to take it to a body shop first and bring it back. All that was needed to get it up and running was a new wire going to the transmission (a critter had chewed through it, I live in Gatlinburg so these things do happen) but they wouldn’t even touch it after initial inspection I guess because of the collision? Was very disappointed to have to pay to get it towed back into town when I thought the dealership of all places could have helped me. I could have saved a lot of time and money if I wouldn’t have had it towed here at all unfortunately. I really do appreciate the way the woman who I was in communication with spoke to me on the phone though. She was very nice and polite through a not so great incident. More

Waiting area is super, I had an appointment at 4:30 I arrived around 4:15, by 4:30 paperwork was filled out a video inspection of my car was done and Waiting area is super, I had an appointment at 4:30 I arrived around 4:15, by 4:30 paperwork was filled out a video inspection of my car was done and it was off for it's service. Every employee that came in the waiting area spoke and most reminded me of the snacks and drinks available. The wait wasn't very long and when completed my car had also been washed. My wife has a GMC which I take there for it's service and they do a nice job but Rusty Wallace has them beat . Great job. More
