I came in because my horn stopped working. I had to wait 5 weeks to get in. I waited almost 3 hrs to be told “yes it’s your horn but we don’t have it in stock.” She asked if I could leave the I had to wait 5 weeks to get in. I waited almost 3 hrs to be told “yes it’s your horn but we don’t have it in stock.” She asked if I could leave the car for a few days. I told her no I live in Crossville. I asked if I could get a loaner. She said no we don’t have those. She said, “having no horn is a safety concern, you know?” I said I know but I can’t do anything if you guys can’t get me in. My appointment was scheduled for April. I have to wait 3 months to get a horn that supposedly only takes a few days to get in. To be honest, if it wasn’t covered under the warranty and I have to come to you all, I would go elsewhere. This is why I do not get oil changes etc from you all. The time to get in is ridiculous.
