I am always impressed by the service I receive at the service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. What I was really impressed by this visit was that all the personnel I dealt with were very caring service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. What I was really impressed by this visit was that all the personnel I dealt with were very caring and went over and above in helping me in a difficult situation. I needed to be in Richmond, Kentucky on the afternoon of the day of my appointment due to a death in my family. The service department completed my requested service and also handled a recall on my vehicle as well and still completed my service in plenty of time for me to make my 150 mile trip up to Kentucky. All I can say is it is a pleasure to work with people who are willing to do everything necessary to provide excellent service plus be very sensitive to their customer's needs.
