My experience started out great, was greeted by a very friendly man, I was there for a few recalls on my car and had other issue I wanted them to look at..felt like I was in good hands, told me they would friendly man, I was there for a few recalls on my car and had other issue I wanted them to look at..felt like I was in good hands, told me they would look into it, get everything fixed best they could, and wash it for me before I left..I saw other customers being updated and informed about their vehicles for the whole 3 hours I was there..I wasn't notified of anything, no progress, what they were doing, etc...after 3 hrs, a woman came out and told me I was ready to go and to sign some papers..I asked if everything was ok and what was worked on. She said everything was in the papers and didn't explain anything to me..I asked if they looked into the problem I was having aside from the recalls. She again said everything was in the papers..that was it..I signed papers, she gave me my keys and that was it..I know I was not a "paying" customer that day, and felt as though my service was far less than what other customers received, and it shouldn't have been..according to the papers I was given, they just stated that the 3 recalls on my vehicle were "addressed"..the problem i asked them to look into was not even listed on papers, nothing was ever said about it, and of course when I asked, I was told to look at my papers..and to top it off, my car was never washed like everyone else's was..its little things like that..left with a sour taste in my mouth and my check engine light on..I had to miss a day of work and drive over an hour each way for this appointment, that I felt like amounted to a wasted day..disappointed More
Generally quite good. I had a 0900 appt. but it was still about half an hour before my vehicle service started. I'll be nice and say that the post service vehicle wash job was less than satisfactory. The rep at the desk was quite good in keeping me informed. My paperwork states that I requested a synthetic oil change when I in fact did not request synthetic oil. I was told that synthetic oil is now all that is offered. Also, this survey form states that a person with whom I had no contact was my service rep, hence the low rating. My service rep is listed below. More

After 9 years of really good service, I experienced very bad service on my last visit. I was to have a pre-ordered part installed. Not only did they not install it (wrong part).
