They did get me in on Thursday, Should have gotten car back Friday, did not receive a call. Didn’t receive a call on Saturday so contacted them, told 2:00. Waited until 3:00 called again and told they for back Friday, did not receive a call. Didn’t receive a call on Saturday so contacted them, told 2:00. Waited until 3:00 called again and told they forgot to tell me car wouldn’t be ready until Monday due to needing a recall part. That wasted my Saturday, left me without transportation for Sunday or way to get to work on Monday because someone forgot to tell me a part was on ordered that wasn’t even necessary for the repairs it had been brought in for. Plus, they no longer had anyone available to pick me up which I had been told wasent a problem earlier. I was able to pick the car up at 5 o’clock on Saturday so that I would not be stranded and had to reschedule for the recall part. ONE CALL would have changed that whole situation. More

Having been a long standing customer, my last experience here at Alcoa KIA was less than stellar. After being told the vehicle was ready I arrived only to wait an hour and a half for the attendants to find here at Alcoa KIA was less than stellar. After being told the vehicle was ready I arrived only to wait an hour and a half for the attendants to find my keys and paperwork. The vehicle repairs seem to be holding up well so far. The attendants were very friendly, but offered no explanation for the long delay. I will continue to buy vehicles and have them serviced at Alcoa KIA.
