The service department here needs some restructuring once you call and someone finally picks up you will immediately be put on hold. If you are able to get a hold of someone for more than 4 seconds make sure you take names or you will be out of luck altogether. If you schedule a courtesy car make sure you talk to the manager or you will not get the car when you to drop yours off and you will be told to figure it out yourself. Professionalism is out the window here with certain people good luck guys.
