Shawn and the people in service treat you like a person and not just a wallet. I have never had a better experience dealing with car salesmen and they have completely bought my loyalty in the future even t and not just a wallet. Worst experience ever with a dealership. I purchased my car when this was Fenton Nissan. Now it's Rusty Wallace Nissan. There were 2 recalls on my car. I made appointment twice and took I purchased my car when this was Fenton Nissan. Now it's Rusty Wallace Nissan. There were 2 recalls on my car. I made appointment twice and took my car over there. They knew what I was coming for. Both times they didn't have the parts on hand to fix my car! Then when I complained to the GM he told me that he didn't sell me that car, Fenton did, and it wasn't his problem then kicked me out of their dealership. Worst experience ever and I will never be back. I suggest trying one of the other nissan dealerships if you are looking for service. These guys don't have a clue and their customer service sucks!! More
