Awesome service. Just had brake job done on my Dodge Journey 5 days ago and brakes started making noise on my Ford Fusion. I bought the Ford across the street and have a service contarct with the Ford Journey 5 days ago and brakes started making noise on my Ford Fusion. I bought the Ford across the street and have a service contarct with the Ford dealership. I called them first, and there price and attitude was insulting. So I called the Dodge dealership and Aaron who helped me on my Dodge. His price was almost 200 dollars less and they got the car in 45 min after out phone conversation. Also he put good parts, not the cheapiest on and it was done very quickly. Very happy with this place, and thats coming from someone who has a service contract on a vehicle at the Ford Store across the street and I brought it to a Dodge Service department!! Will ALWAYS brings my Dodge and FORD to Ryans Dodge Chrysler and Jeep. PS Whatever your paying Aaron Double it!!! Justin More

I was a bit skeptical to use the coupon that I cut from the local paper. The initial encounter with the service advisor was professional and informative. I came in for an oil change and service and expected it to take an hour or more but was finished in less than one half hour. As I write this I'm even more disappointed as when selecting the individual from the site that I worked with and come to find out he is the "Service Manager", I'm shocked... My Jeep was in three ti selecting the individual from the site that I worked with and come to find out he is the "Service Manager", I'm shocked... My Jeep was in three times to fix the UConnect issue, first two times it was stated it was fixed but within minutes of driving away from the dealer I would find that it indeed was not fixed. During the second attempt, Matt looked at the issue for an additional two hours until 5:30pm on a Friday, even though they had the jeep since 8am that morning. Anyways the issue could not be determined so Matt was to call the manufacturer first thing the next Monday morning and call me back. Monday went by, Tuesday went by with no call back from Matt as he indicated he would do the previous Friday. I left a voicemail for Matt on the following Wednesday, still no response. I called again three business days later, the following Monday as I still had not heard from Matt. I spoke to Aaron and communicated my frustrations with Matt. It was not until Aaron got involved that things started to move along and on the 3rd visit, the Uconnect was fixed and Aaron provided EXCELLENT customer service. My above ratings completely reflect my experience with "Matt Ryan" and I sure hope he's not family related to the over all dealer ownership as I will certainly never have him help me again.... This is one Service Manager that does not make customers a priority... Aaron, thank you for your time, effort and listening to my frustrations!!! Perhaps they should promote you to the Service Manager, I think you would do a fine job at it. More

This was a service visit on April 12, 2012. I was able to get in right away and since it was a short visit I waited in the lobby. More than one person stopped in the lobby to ask how I was doing. Brought in my vehicle for repair and they said it would be 3 days, well it was 7 days and the amount was around $400 over the estimate, I understand that it may go over but that is quite alot. Anyway got it back after the 7 days and drove it the next day to the grocery store went to open the back door and I heard a crunch and they had put the molding back on wrong, it was put on to far to the front door. So we had to take back for them to look at and they have to reorder the part, then we will have to take back again and also come back again when it is finished. So alot of running back and forth which is about 25 miles one way for us, so not happy about that. Mike Boyd was very nice and was very sorry for the mistake and he said it would get taken care of and I know it will, just alot of running back and forth and inconvenience to us. We have had Ryan do alot of work for us in the past and we were very happy just this time they missed up. Over the last 20 years we have purchased all our vehicles from Ryan, so I would still reccommend you to others. More
