Arden was more than willing to show me features of the car I may not have known about. He contacted me the next day to ensure my onstar was up and running and offered to meet with me again to finish the "tour" of my car as my sale wasn't completed the night before until rather late. I would recommend Arden and Rydell's to others who are looking to buy a new vehicle. More

First, when I arrive all the drive up lanes had customers already inside, so he waved me over to the appointment lane as there was no one there. His customer service was top notch explaining services and asking if he could check my account to make sure that I was covered. Compared to other visits to Rydell especially to the service department, his demeanor was not that I was a nusense showing up car maintenance. Thank you Rudy for going the extra mile to make sure I was covered until my next visit! More

Poor service I had Gary help me in the service department. As soon as I arrived he was extremely cold, rude and acted as if he didn't want to be there. They looked I had Gary help me in the service department. As soon as I arrived he was extremely cold, rude and acted as if he didn't want to be there. They looked at my car and said they would look into my engine light. He came back and told me they would take care of the light and my tires. This took 4 hours just to look at it, then after going back to inquire about my car he didn't even look at me he just put his finger up and "I am on the phone" so I walked away and went back to speak to with him 30 minutes later and he again was short and rude. At 4 pm I get a bill for several things I didn't give authorization for. A license plate light 187.00 and a windshield wiper blade 197.00! Really!!! When I spoke with the service department manager he also acted like I was wasting his time, he said Gary was sick and that's why he was short and rude, he stated he would look into my complaint and get back to me. Well, it's been 2 weeks and he hasn't called me. Is this customer service? Unbelievable, I have never spent so long waiting for my car to be fixed or had such service. I will never recommend this dealership.!!! More
