Listened to my complaint And passed it on to manager who then came and spoke and listened to me. No one became defensive. All expressed a sincere apology for my past experiences with The service department and a desire to learn and improve. Based on this, I will try the service department again. On a sales note, Patrick was low pressure and helpful. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out. Overall, good experience to what started on a negative. It was like this vehicle was just waiting for me! I am so glad that Steve Atkinson was the Salesman That came to talk with me. I told him I wanted an SUV in Blue. He showed me a RAV 4 that had just I am so glad that Steve Atkinson was the Salesman That came to talk with me. I told him I wanted an SUV in Blue. He showed me a RAV 4 that had just arrived. It had every bell and whistle I was looking for. I said I needed time to think about it. I was afraid he would be that "high-pressure" sales man that makes me dread car shopping. But Steve was like buying a car from an uncle. Gave me good advice with no pressure. It was actually fun. And when I told him what my budget was, he was able to work on my behalf.
