The entire car-purchasing experience was so stress-free and actually enjoyable. About 6 months after purchasing my vehicle, unfortunately I was involved in a minor accident. I contacted Joe to see if he was able to help me out with a rental car. He of course said yes, and made arrangements for me to take one off the lot that evening and actually borrow it for over 2 weeks.
