biggest joke i have ever seen in auto sales This last weekend I went with my elderly mother to purchase her a new car, we started our search on autotrader.com which was showing two vehicles at t This last weekend I went with my elderly mother to purchase her a new car, we started our search on autotrader.com which was showing two vehicles at their Dunlap location that she was interested in, Once we arrived at the location they stated that they had moved those two vehicles to their Goshen location. So we went to the Goshen location and the cars were not their. The salesman then told us that he would call the other locations to find the vehicles. After 10 minutes he came back and told us that he verified that the vehicles were at their South Bend location. After driving nearly an hour we arrived at the South Bend location were guess what... The cars were not there. After leaving I received a call from one of the sales guys telling me that the cars were located at the Elkhart Location. Against my better judgment I went there. Finally the cars were there but the one had damage all along the side of the vehicle that was not shown in the pictures and the other had engine / transmission problems, not to mention that the cars were way over priced and the price shown on the cars did not match auto trader, The sales person at the Elkhart location blamed autotrader.com for the miss print on the vehicle pricing as well as what location the cars were actually at. They took no accountability for that days events and not once did they apologize for having me drive all over northern Indiana on a wild goose chase. I would not recommend or ever go back to any of their locations and would warn others to stay away. More

Hounded sale. Very poor after sales help. So I ended up with a vehicle for which I have spent $1250 on repairs, within 2 months of purchase and it is still not running while just sitting in my garage; but I have to continue making monthly payments on it, anyway. So, any and all you pending buyers reading this, should beware and make sure you get one of those after sales third party warranty out there for your comfort and peace of mind. Instead of relying on the dealer's sales gimmicks. More

The vehicle we originally thought we would be interested in ended up being smaller than we thought and not something we would want to purchase even though we liked the look of the vehicle. So we were found searching for something a little bigger but then of course the cost also was "bigger" When we found the car we ended up purchasing, it was listed for more than we were comfortable paying. Usually this is where the stress came in in the past. But that didn't happen with Concord Cars. We were asked where we would like our payment to be and they made it work. Very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be returning to Concord Cars for further purchases. The only problem we have is which one of us will get to drive the new car. More

Faithful to Follow Through We had trouble with the car we bought, but the staff at Concord worked diligently for 3 weeks to make sure the problem was resolved.
