I got out of work, went to the bank, went to Concord, talked to Paul Hargreaves, and was in a new-to-me car in about two hours. That was also counting a test-drive. No headaches, no hassle, no hustle - the whole process was like well-oiled clockwork. If you can think of it, Concord has, too. As a side note, no Trunk-Or-Treater who stopped by during the course of my vehicle purchase walked away looking disappointed - no less on a rainy day, when the event was moved indoors. More
