Great Experience buying my first newer Car with Joe! I've have always admired the cars and customer service I'd received from Concord Cars when I would stop and browse around their lot, but because I'd h I've have always admired the cars and customer service I'd received from Concord Cars when I would stop and browse around their lot, but because I'd had some issues with Shady Buy Here Pay Here dealerships in the past, I never thought I would qualify for a vehicle through them. Boy was I wrong! The wife and I were in search for newer vehicle that came with a warranty and lower payments and were not having any luck finding one that met our needs. We also didn't want to go through another buy here pay here dealership so we decided to give Concord Cars a call because hey, the worst they could say was no. We called the Nappanee street location and spoke with Joe Lint. He had me put out a credit app and I was approved within 20 minutes. We had a great selection of vehicles to choose from! We expressed that we wanted a newer car that was great on gas, but still had some power to it. We also expressed that we wanted a car that was colorful and not plain old black and white. Joe suggested a 2018 Kia Forte Lx that happened to be my favorite color: BLUE!. When we got to the lot we test drove the Kia and Instantly fell in love, and to our surprise, Joe let us keep the car for the whole weekend to give us a chance to really get the feel for it. We knew before we drove it off the lot that this car was going to be a keeper, but it was really refreshing and honestly an honor to be able to test drive the car for the whole weekend. Needless to say, we decided the Kia was a keeper. It also came with a killer 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty! Joe was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous to us every step of the way. He even got us an extremely low down payment for the car even though I'd previously had issues before with another car I had through a buy here pay here dealership. Thanks to Joe at Concord Cars on Nappanee St, we found the car of our dreams! I strongly recommend Concord Cars to any and everyone and Also would Strongly recommend Joe Lint to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Joe works with all types of credit, from excellent to down right ugly! He even has special programs for those who have filed bankruptcy! Also, he will make you feel very comfortable because he is understanding. He will not make you feel embarrassed about your financial or credit situation because he understands that life happens, and that people make mistakes. 10/10 stars to Concord Cars, especially Joe Lint! The wife and I are already planning to do business with him in the future when it's time to look for car number 2! We will always be repeat customers! More
