Horrible customer service...sold me a unsafe car! Purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu back in Feb 2016 was told this vehicle was covered under the bumper to bumper factory warranty...well let's just say mid Purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu back in Feb 2016 was told this vehicle was covered under the bumper to bumper factory warranty...well let's just say middle of July my 2 year old opened my back door as we were driving down the interstate, took my car into my local chevy delarship to have the child locks looked at, they advised me my car had been in an accident and that my warranty would not cover this. Sunlight auto admitted to GMC that my car had been in an accident but they would not offer to repair it. The manager Robert has been avoiding my calls and messages, and I keep getting promised they are looking into what can be done, this has been going on almost a month now and now answer as to how my car will be fixed. I feel as though I was lied to, on the bill of sale it states manufacture warranty still active, well it's not!! This vehicle is not safe for my children, you would think a dealership would want to do that right thing, but apparently the safety of children is not a top priority for them! More
