Fast and friendly Holly and Zach were awesome. Last Tuesday, i lost my car due to weather. Wednesday morning I applied online and before the end of the day Emily and Ho Holly and Zach were awesome. Last Tuesday, i lost my car due to weather. Wednesday morning I applied online and before the end of the day Emily and Holly both got back to me to get the ball rolling. They set up for me to get picked up at my job, by Mike. Holly was with another customer when I arrived, but she got Zach to help me through the papper work. I didn't get the vehicle I applied for, but I think they read my mind. I left with the Jeep I originally wanted but didn't think I could get approved for. More

Fantastic I dealt with Josh on the sale... Felt sorry for him cause I had him show me a bunch of different cars, and take them all for a spin before I found the I dealt with Josh on the sale... Felt sorry for him cause I had him show me a bunch of different cars, and take them all for a spin before I found the one I liked (it was snowing and less than 10 degrees F)... he had a lot of patience, and I asked a lot of questions.. when he did not know the answer, he was truthful about it, and researched it! If you to to this dealer, ask for Josh! When I found what I liked, I then had to work with Holly on finances! By far the best experience I have ever had handing out cash! Holly is awesome! Wait, no... she is BEYOND awesome! She knows all the paperwork, what you should, and should not pay for, and will not steer you wrong! I am never buying another car without Holly! <- This should be in all CAPS! More

Outstanding customer service and a great experience overall Excellent customer service. I live an hour away and bought a used 2014 Suburban LTZ. They drove a loaner car to me, picked mine up and fixed a very Excellent customer service. I live an hour away and bought a used 2014 Suburban LTZ. They drove a loaner car to me, picked mine up and fixed a very minor cosmetic issue that I had asked them to take care of as a part of the sale. Then they brought the Suburban back to me when completed. I have bought many, many cars over the years and have NEVER had a more ethical, moral and honest experience then I did at SVG Motors. Tom, Jackie, and the crew are just the nicest and most honest people you would ever do business with. They have the highest levels of integrity in the business. They aren't car salesmen/saleswomen, they are like your neighbors. I went in expecting the negotiating game and they just don't really do that. They price using market-based pricing models so you pay the price (or a little better than) what the market is offering, and the prices are very fair. They were also very fair on the trade-in value. I am sending everyone that I know their way!! More
