Exceptional In Every Way! I received a flyer in the mail with some incentives, so I just stopped by to take a look at what was available to me. My wife was with me who also was I received a flyer in the mail with some incentives, so I just stopped by to take a look at what was available to me. My wife was with me who also was in the market for a vehicle, and we soon were introduced to Scott Brandenburg in sales. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable, and took his time in making sure we were comfortable in our vehicle selection. We test drove a number of vehicles before making a final selection, with no pressure from Scott or the staff at anytime. Scott Brandenburg was the salesman who worked with us. He was very patient, not hesitating to stay with us well past closing time (we left around 7:45 pm), and clearly explained any question that we had, even telling us on the few occasions where he was providing speculation as opposed to fact. He assisted me in cleaning out my grandmother's car, stayed to help set up On-Star, willing repeated himself when clarifications were necessary, and warmed up the new car when we were finalizing the financial process with Danny VanWinkle (who was also very accommodating). With all that said, I was most impressed by his professionalism: he never once treated us with anything less than the utmost respect for our intelligence. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
