pleasant,quick,no hassle Due to past buying experiences my husband and I have been very hesitant about buying another car,but when I contacted Robert Vanheyde at Springfield B Due to past buying experiences my husband and I have been very hesitant about buying another car,but when I contacted Robert Vanheyde at Springfield Buick and inquired about one of the ads listed he quickly responded no questions asked. He quickly answered anything I needed to know even offered to have the vehicle warmed up and waiting for me to test drive. Which I didn't think he would actually do! But upon my arrival there was the car cleaned off,warmed up and ready. Past car salesmen have have made me feel less than worthy of their time but Rob was fantastic and very genuine. My overall experience was awesome! More

They were more than willing to work with my limited budget. I brought my beautiful 95 740 BMW in to trade,,I gave it many up grades....they offered me MORE money voluntarily !! after seeing it. How can anyone b I brought my beautiful 95 740 BMW in to trade,,I gave it many up grades....they offered me MORE money voluntarily !! after seeing it. How can anyone be better treated than that???? They had the only red Lincoln in the area so I picked them to go to. On the test drive of the car I wanted it developed a code and a miss, they ordered new plugs and coil pack, corrected it,,,re detailed it and I was on my way. EVERYONE there could not have been friendlier. I read the good reviews about them and felt confident to go there. It sure was worth the drive from Cincinnati..Tommy Lee was the one that made sure everything went smoothly. He even took some time to know me and my art personally as we were waiting. Please be sure to ask for him. (ps, would love to have the money to go back a buy a new one from them, smile) Maybe they could use a lot of stained glass somewhere???? then I could?? smile again,, thank you all again...hope this review helps all of you....... Out of towners We were on our way to visit our hometown of Springfield, OH. While traveling on the PA Turnpike our windshield was struck by a pebble. At the time i We were on our way to visit our hometown of Springfield, OH. While traveling on the PA Turnpike our windshield was struck by a pebble. At the time it was raining very hard so we did not stop to check. The next morning in Springfield we went shopping. As we drove through the parking lot at one store we encountered a speed bump. We went over it and on the down side the bottom of our car was scraped. There was a piece hanging down. We drove to Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac. The service department was extremely nice. They pulled our car over to the body shop. One service tech checked our windshield and said that we would be OK to travel back home to PA. Another service tech checked the undercarriage of our car and reattached the part that was hanging down and we were on our way. It meant a lot to us that they went out of their way to help us. More
