I’m honestly disappointed with svg motors. They ended up getting me into a vehicle but it is different than the vehicle that I wanted. This was AFTER the loan was approved, full coverage insurance was bought and everything was complete. This is the first and last time that I will be doing business with them. The salesman TaShawn was great. The experience wasn't bad,but when I have bought a car in the past. They have filled my tank up. I mean i just spent 15k. I take my car to this place to get any fixed except if it diagnostic because my understanding they do not have the techs to fix it because they sent me to Springfield to repair it but other then that they fi diagnostic because my understanding they do not have the techs to fix it because they sent me to Springfield to repair it but other then that they fix it, it would be good if they hired people that knew how to fix those problems because I really don’t wanna go to Springfield to get my car fixed. So the vehicle I looked at was a Ford F-150 and it was amazing, I absolutely loved it. The vehicle was super clean except some minor scratches on the outside of the truck which was not a big deal at all. amazing, I absolutely loved it. However, when I test drove the vehicle there was a noise coming from the middle part of the vehicle when the speed got up to 55mph and beyond. When the test drive was done I returned back to the dealership and told the salesman and the GM who then had a mechanic drive the vehicle to see if he can here the noise to figure out what was causing it. When the mechanic returned he said it sounded like the heat shield was loose, which was nothing a couple screws could not fix. I finished signing the papers and drove home a couple hours later. On the way home the noise kept getting louder and the gas pedal had some shake to it. Got it home was driving around showing my brother who has worked on trucks and showed my cousin who is a mechanic at a local place as well. They both thought it could be the transmission which is what I had suggested them to look at. Fast forward to Monday and I returned it to the shop and was talking with the salesman Noah who I had dealt with during the entire process and I was talking with him that day and was sharing frustrations. Let me tell you their costumer service is by far the GREATEST I have ever had Noah was amazing during the entire process even when I returned the vehicle. Super bummed it did not work out because that was my dream vehicle. More
