So the vehicle I looked at was a Ford F-150 and it was amazing, I absolutely loved it. The vehicle was super clean except some minor scratches on the outside of the truck which was not a big deal at all. amazing, I absolutely loved it. However, when I test drove the vehicle there was a noise coming from the middle part of the vehicle when the speed got up to 55mph and beyond. When the test drive was done I returned back to the dealership and told the salesman and the GM who then had a mechanic drive the vehicle to see if he can here the noise to figure out what was causing it. When the mechanic returned he said it sounded like the heat shield was loose, which was nothing a couple screws could not fix. I finished signing the papers and drove home a couple hours later. On the way home the noise kept getting louder and the gas pedal had some shake to it. Got it home was driving around showing my brother who has worked on trucks and showed my cousin who is a mechanic at a local place as well. They both thought it could be the transmission which is what I had suggested them to look at. Fast forward to Monday and I returned it to the shop and was talking with the salesman Noah who I had dealt with during the entire process and I was talking with him that day and was sharing frustrations. Let me tell you their costumer service is by far the GREATEST I have ever had Noah was amazing during the entire process even when I returned the vehicle. Super bummed it did not work out because that was my dream vehicle. More

We traded a vehicle to SVG Motors Beavercreek on 29 Oct 2021 and, in-turn, they didn't pay off the lean/loan until 29 Nov 2021 - A MONTH LATER!!! What's more, they never called for a 10-day payoff, so the interest continued to accrue until SVG finally paid off the loan. Oh, this wasn't before I got a negative mark on my credit report.
