Falsified paper work to get sale. Shady dealership, my son bought Ford Tauras there 5 months ago. We found out car had been wrecked and was not disclosed in paperwork. We had the usual issues of finding the right car for the best price; however working with Jason made it an easy journey. He was extremely patient, even with our 2 young children we had with us, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond for my family. We spent a total of about 4.5 hours at the dealership within two days and Jason never batted an eye or gave a negative vibe. We will be back when we are ready to buy again, and we honestly won't work with any other salesman or dealership! Thank you so much! More

Extremely poor customer service Asked about a truck then I was asked to come in and test drive it. On the morning I was SUPPOSED to test drive the truck they sold it to someone else Asked about a truck then I was asked to come in and test drive it. On the morning I was SUPPOSED to test drive the truck they sold it to someone else then acted like it was no big deal. I as asked to look in their inventory fir another vehicle. I picked one and she gave me two available times when I chose one she never responded back to me. So I went into the facility anyway. I was met outside by a young sakes rep who asked me to come inside and look over the inventory list with him. By the time I parked and went inside he was trying to wake a BRAND NEW car to someone else so I waited over twenty minutes for help so I left. I have since then been waiting for a week for someone who is supposed to be getting in touch with me. No quality customer service at all.
