Not your usual car shopping experience- which is great! My husband and I had to replace my car. Bobby greeted us,then sat in a comfortable lounge area and took time to find out what we wanted and didn't wan My husband and I had to replace my car. Bobby greeted us,then sat in a comfortable lounge area and took time to find out what we wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. We told him upfront we had really bad credit and only had a trade in. He looked up what Nissan Altimas (what we really wanted) they had with the features we were looking for. We didnt get the one we originally wanted, but got a newer one (which was pretty cool). Bobby never once tried to steer us into buying something else and the finance team worked well after closing to get us approved. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I honestly dreaded the thought of getting a new car because of past experiences, but I have nothing but great things to say about Bobby & the SVG motors team. More
