Careful..watch where you step. I feel that they had no interest in help us get a. dependable truck at all. The sales guy kept going in and out as if we did not matter. I know my CR has dings on it and never have I felt more second class than here. I asked from day one if we had a snowball chance in he[[. It will be fine they said, now we been working on this all week we have 3 older cars to trade in now we are told it will be Tuesday due to the holiday. Why not be upfront instead dangling a FALSE HOPE. Really feel like a DA. for falling into the trap. I was honest when I went in and I felt there where side bets on how long they could keep us hoping for a miracle. Just once I could use a break just once. More

I purchased a car from there and have had to take it back SEVERAL times for repairs that have still NOT been completed. I went there to get a safe and reliable car for myself and my children and truthfully this car is worse than what I got out of and NOBODY seems to care! I gave them a good review before because they PRETENDED to care about the safety of my family and making this right but BOY WAS I FOOLED! BUYERS BEWARE! More
