So Glad We Made the Trip After finding a car that interested me online and working with the dealership over the phone we made the 4 1/2 hour trip to SVG Motors in Dayton. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very polite salesperson and told him we were there to meet with Madilynn Schlarman. Madilynn was our Sales Consultant and it was great to meet her in person. She was very knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing the car a great experience. SVG you are lucky to have her on your team, she is a gem!! We also worked with Jason Shellenberger, Finance Manager, which was also a great experience. He was very thorough and made the process go quick and smooth. Highly satisfied Madilynn greeted my husband and I today when we popped in to check out a car we saw online and were interested in, we chose not to go with that car, h Madilynn greeted my husband and I today when we popped in to check out a car we saw online and were interested in, we chose not to go with that car, however we did end up purchasing a 2014 Chevy impala. Overall pleased with our experience today, great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff (not only with their customers but with one another as well) Steve ( the president) came in while we were there and chatted with us for a minute but what I noticed is how personable he was with his employees not always do people in higher positions take time to treat their employees the way he did, and I respected that. I spent 10 years in sales myself so when it comes to making purchases I have a hard time when I feel like I'm being "sold" I did not have that problem today. I didn't feel like anything was being forced or pushed, we came out very close to the payment we wanted, with a longer warranty than I was set on, thanks to Jason (finance manager) keep up the great work SVG we will be returning customers!
