I usually had a good experience but this time was different. I took my CRV for regular service. I was told they would call me to inform me how long it would take and give me an estimate. After 4 hours I called and kept getting voicemail. Eventually I got an answer and an estimate but it was so late that I had to pick up the car next day. And then the charge was more than what they had told me. I complained and had to wait more until finally got them to honor the quoted price. They seemed understaffed and the representative I dealt with seemed overwhelmed and not very responsive. Thinking of whether to find an alternative place for service. More
