Safford Brown Honda Arlington responded

I've had a chance to read the comment and there are two sides to the story. Mr. Utty Coscto request was for a 2012 Civic. We exchanged emails and Mr Utty requested the Coscto price, I told him via email that he must come to the dealership to receive the Coscto Price. Upon arrival at the dealership he tells me he want to see the 2 Insights we have in stock, the two he seen on our website. I infomed Mr. Utty that we don't have any Insights in stock (Our inventory online is has combined with our Honda Store in Glen Burnie). He ask me why you tell me come to the dealership if you knew you didn't have any Insights in stock. I told him because you submitted a request for 20p12 Civic. He got upset and said I lied and walked out. As he was leaving I said have a safe trip back Md. After looking at the email further it looked Like Mr. Utty email my sales ocnsultant Aadnan asking about an Insight.
