I have been going to Safford Brown for two years for service. The service team is outstanding and beyond reproach. Friendly, efficient, and prompt. At my last service I received two phone calls to encourage me to consider a trade-in. The second person who called was unaware that I had already received a phone call. I decided to see what the offer would be. I was provided a figure fairly promptly with the promise that if I bought a car rather than take the cash, I would receive a further discount. I took them up on their offer, but when I asked to receive a written offer for a total price after trade in, I practically had to beg to get it. I found that odd. When I finally got the offer it was for MSRP minus my trade-in plus two add ons and no further discount. Sheehy Honda had offered me $500 more on the trade in. Hard to say what their bottom line would have been. I bought the new car from Safford more out of convenience for me than a great deal. Sales people were nice but the process took two hours even though I had an appointment and Safford had all my info. I believe that had I gone in and haggled, I would have been offered a better deal - absurd in today’s world. This belief was actually confirmed by one of your sales people. Apparently shopping around isn’t appreciated. In the end I bought a car from Safford that I like for probably 1,000 or so more than I should have paid but as they say time is money - and I couldn’t be bothered. I’ll still have my new car serviced at Safford. More

The experience my wife and I had at this dealership is the worst I've ever experienced. We called on a car to test drive, showed up right away, drive the car, and while my wife was not planning on buying the worst I've ever experienced. We called on a car to test drive, showed up right away, drive the car, and while my wife was not planning on buying a car that day decided to write a buyer's order. The salesman was fine. Did his job and followed all the typical protocol. Another salesman stole the deal for his customer. His customer showed up after us. Drive the car after we signed the buyers order. That salesman interfered with our process no less than 3 times. He mugged and taunted to our face making gestures mocking us saying his customer wanted to buy the car. We complained and we're assured he'd get a talking to. So what? We had signed the offer before the other salesman, and that shield have been it. I cannot say why, but then a man who said he was the GM asked us to take a "great deal on a new car" instead. There was some preference for this latecomer and the young man who exhibited the professionalism of a sixth grade bully . The manager rewarded the rascal. If you think you deserve respect - don't ever do business here. Management is disgraceful. More
I had a great experience working with the dealership guy, but the entire Safford Brown Honda Arlington location was the WORST I’ve ever encountered in my entire car-buying experience. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Safford Brown Honda Arlington, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. When I first reached out, I spoke with Nancy, who was helpful Brown Honda Arlington, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. When I first reached out, I spoke with Nancy, who was helpful and understood my needs—a 72-month loan with a payment around $600/month. She then transferred me to Ahmad, the sales manager, and that's where everything started to fall apart. I made it clear that I wanted to know the out-the-door price so I could structure my financing properly. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, Ahmad used every tactic possible to get me into the dealership, despite me already having pre-approval from my bank. Once I arrived, it became obvious that my needs were secondary to simply making a sale. As it was Ramadan, I wanted to step away to eat and also consult with my brother for a second opinion. Ahmad continued to push a deal that didn’t meet my criteria and later insisted on speaking with my brother, which led to an unnecessary argument. Even after all of this, I was still open to making a deal. I requested a properly updated sheet with the loan terms so I could calculate how much down payment I needed. Instead of assisting me, Ahmad saw this as a “power move” and argued with me instead of helping me make an informed decision. Throughout the process, he kept saying, "I'm a man of my word, and the deal is what we agreed on yesterday." Well, I also mentioned that I would be writing a review—so here we are. Rather than going to my follow-up appointment with Honda, I walked across the street to Koons Arlington Toyota. Sergii, the salesperson there, actually listened to what I needed. I ended up custom-ordering a Toyota RAV4 Limited, putting $10,000 down, and structuring the loan exactly how I wanted. Funny enough, even though the RAV4 was $5,000 more expensive out the door than the CR-V, the deal still made more sense because Sergii actually worked with me instead of against me. Safford Brown Honda Arlington lost a sale because they prioritized aggressive sales tactics over genuine customer service. If you’re looking for a dealership that listens and works with you, look elsewhere. More
Unfortunately, my experience purchasing three cars from this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The people I dealt with were dishonest, making verbal promises that did not match what was writte this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The people I dealt with were dishonest, making verbal promises that did not match what was written in the contracts. Their words were misleading, and the reality of the agreements was completely different. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this dealership to be extremely cautious and read every clause in the contract carefully before signing. Do not rely on verbal assurances, as they are not reflected in the written agreements. This place is full of deceivers—stay away! avoid at this location LIARS SPECIALLY THE FINANCE GUY More
