I had a starter replaced at Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie in the beginning of this month when I could not start my vehicle. I thought Honda dealer was honest and trustworthy even though it usually charges a higher hourly rate compared to other auto garages, unfortunately, they charged me way over the normal price range. After I came back, I checked the other dealers near Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie and got the quotes much less than what they did to me. At that time I even asked the advisor why the cost was so high, he said he did not know as he did not work on the vehicle directly. I did not have time to talk about it since I was in a hurry to leave. Now I have tried to reach Safford Brown Honda about this issue with the necessary info including invoice #, date, etc. a few times, but have not been able to get any response. So I'll continue to post my experience so that anyone can think about it again before going for their Service. More
