Also, during the purchase process I told the sales person, CJ, I needed the paymet to be 200.00 a month and at that point the next time I saw CJ was when he took me back to Finance to sigh the paperwork. Prior to that I had no idea what the payment was. luckily it was close and the purchase was finalized. Trust me if it was not I would have walked away from the deal. I got the feeling that because this was my 3rd Elantra from Fairfax that they really didn't have to do much work. Like I said above, the overall experience was good and I would recommend Fairfax to others. I think if CJ and other take the time to do the little extras like present the car and show the changes, upgrades, safety features, etc the survey would be a little better. More
