He was very friendly and acted just as excited as I was for my first car purchase. I think it is extremely important to be excited and enthusiastic when someone is purchasing their first car. I am spending a lot of money and it was a big day for me and my family and we appreciated Don recognizing this and making the experience fun and enjoyable. This would have made my experience 10/10 until we met with a woman in financing who did not offer the same customer service level and came off as rude and seemed annoyed when my father would ask questions regarding the financial situation and how much I would be paying each month. As a concerned father he just wanted to make sure that I would be able to make the high monthly payments and what our options were regarding that. She sat leaned back far in her chair so that her entire arm was straightened and reaching for the keyboard to type in different numbers when my dad asked questions. A simple explanation for options and how much it would save me per month would have been appreciated instead of having an attitude and saying "you may save like 20 bucks if thats important to you". This made my family feel uncomfortable in this purchase and my dad was really pushing me to leave and go to Toyota where I would get 0% rate for a similar car. As a recent graduate, "20 bucks" is very important to me and saving anywhere I can is helpful. It would have been nice to have someone who was more understanding and didn't make me and my dad feel unwelcome or stupid for asking these questions. I believe my dad spoke with someone else in finances about this woman and he was very understanding of the situation and helped my dad agree to make the purchase. I am also in retail sales and know how important it is to make the experience worth while even if you can't help me reach my financial goals, doing what you can to answer the questions is not a hard task and would have made this experience much more enjoyable. More

We had such a good experience with David Han we felt comfortable contacting him again when it was time for me to get a new car. 2017 Santa Fe I purchased my first new car from Fairfax Hyundai (2012 Elantra) and had such a positive experience that I recently returned to Fairfax Hyundai for my I purchased my first new car from Fairfax Hyundai (2012 Elantra) and had such a positive experience that I recently returned to Fairfax Hyundai for my next new car purchase (2017 Santa Fe). I originally contacted the salesman who sold me my Elantra in 2012 (Jae Lee). He informed me that he had transferred to another department, but he would have one of his colleagues get in touch with me very soon. Within five minutes, David Han called me. I set up an appointment with David to test drive a 2017 Santa Fe later that same day. When I met David, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. He explained key features about the Santa Fe and gave me a tutorial on all the features that the Santa Fe had to offer. He was never pushy or aggressive, or try to steer me towards something I didn't want. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman; it felt more like I was chatting with a friend. The test drive convinced me that the Santa Fe was the right car for me. The particular model that I wanted was at another dealership, but David promised that if I returned to the dealership later that day, the car would be delivered. Unfortunately, I did not have any transportation. David offered to pick me up from my office after work and drive me back to the dealership. He was so helpful that even after we had already agreed upon a price for the Santa Fe, he took the initiative to speak with his manager and saved me a few hundred dollars more! I am very grateful for people like David. The entire staff at Fairfax Hyundai is customer-service oriented and very professional. I have highly recommended this dealership to my family and friends. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be a returning customer. More
