Almost perfect service. This is a good dealership that I have come to many times. The work performed on my vehicle is always to my satisfaction. Ken was an excellent service adviser and I will be requesting him in the future. He was attentive, kind, and showed great customer service skills. He was initially away from his desk and I first dealt with another service adviser named Tom O. This gentleman seemed like he was inconvenienced by waiting on me. Not sure if he was unhappy about working on a Saturday or whatever, but his demeanor was not friendly. His responses were brief and he seemed almost annoyed. This is also not the first time he acted this way. The first time I let it go and didn't say anything, thinking maybe I was mistaken. Then it happened again this time. The difference between he and Ken was like night and day. The only reason this visit didn't get 5 stars was because of Tom. He needs a refresher on his customer service skills. Besides that, the service center does a great job. More

Quick and Responsive Our first time at Brown's Manassas. I started things off with an internet query and our salesman, Arkeem, contacted me shortly to tell me the car was Our first time at Brown's Manassas. I started things off with an internet query and our salesman, Arkeem, contacted me shortly to tell me the car was available and to come on in for a look. We did and were set up with a test drive within the hour. Arkeem was very helpful bringing out a couple other cars for us to test drive and compare but in the end, we bought the same car we started with via the internet. Arkeem explained everything and patiently set us up with a remote start application on my wife's phone. Things went smoothly from there with a quick and clear handoff to Shak in the finance department. We left with a new car and very satisfied within about 4 hours. The dealership is clean and well-appointed and easy to get to. More
