Not a friendly crew yesterday I arrived to get an oil change. Stood at the counter for a while was ignored for quite sometime. There were 2 men at the counter and 1 lady at the des I arrived to get an oil change. Stood at the counter for a while was ignored for quite sometime. There were 2 men at the counter and 1 lady at the desk. Finally the lady asked to help me. She informed me the wait for oil change was about 2 hours and longer if I wanted a wash. Really it was 815 am 2 people in the lobby 2 cars in the bay. And i was coming off a 72 hour shift. Maybe next time I will against my better judgement and go to jiffy lube. Have no idea what the problem was with the staff but maybe it's time for a meeting to remind them how to treat people My ratings reflect my 11/6 visit.
