We came to look for a new car in May but we knew that we won’t purchase until October. We shared that with Arkeem and he respected out position and did not try to punch for a sale. Whenever we had a question, he provided the answer - without trying to get us to buy. When we were ready to buy, we selected the Palisades and put a deposit down for an incoming model. Arkeem asked for our preferences and when one of the car matching our preference became available, Arkeem called us immediately and we came in to make the purchase. The whole process was very smooth and expedient - even the financing portion.
