The experience was exactly what I was expecting:) Not pushy at all, very professional, and he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I can't repeat enough how good the experience was! Of course I will be returning in the future for my next car purchase or lease. I also worked with William Armstrong on financing, and he too was a pleasure to deal with. Failed to finish the sale of the car Never called me Important please read! I used the Costco program to purchase car, because of the deal with had to use their financing. They had us come in the next day because they had us sign paperwork with the wrong vin, because the car I had purchased was already sold. Will was doing the finance for us, besides being condsending during the close he FAILED to mention that he needed a water bill for proof of address. (There were two people there during sale one of us would have caught it IF it was said) The sale was NEVER completed. 3 weeks later I called wondering why I have yet to receive any paperwork, they said they still needed a water bill and a copy of my liscence because they had lost the copy they made. Okay I will send it in. They should have called me to get this. They did not. A few days later I HAD to call to follow up. They now said they needed a copy of my social security card and a copy of my visa (as in documents to be in the USA) because "the bank" wanted it. Super scetchy they wanted my social security card copy. And I am an a American citizen born here, I am super white with no accent they couldn't even have gotten confused. At this point I'm pissed, I called and called the office waited a hour passed the time ANYONE was supposed to be in the finance department, to find out he was not comming in that day. I delt via email with someone from the sales department to make sure they got everything I sent in. Absolutely unprofessional and terrifying that If I hadn't called the first sign that something was wrong would have been my car being repossessed. Check all your documents. Make sure they did it right. More

The experience was good, the sales agent that was working there Carlos Sanches(if I am not mistaken, he left the dealership) was friendly and very attentive. The finance guy Will Armstrong was also really good and helpful. The only thing we did not experience this time, as we did with Nissan Sheehy before, is that no one took the time to show us some of the cars features. I am not naive, I figured out myself but if you get a customer that is not that familiar with cars it can look bad not doing it. Thank you for your help. I am loving my car so far. More
