I told him the story of my son, we looked together on-line what vehicle was available, he showed it to me after i went to him after work, I took pictures and showed my son since he was in Richmond still, he loved the silver Accent hatchback and less than an hour later I bought the car. Mr.Kim knew I had my car and no one to drive the Accent back to my residence, so he told to drive home and he will have the vehicle cleaned, and drive it personally to my house. Outstanding experience at Brown's We had an excellent buying experience at Brown's beginning with my email exchange with new car sales manager Tom Jonas who provided an up front price We had an excellent buying experience at Brown's beginning with my email exchange with new car sales manager Tom Jonas who provided an up front price that bested anything I had seen to date for the model/trim I was looking for. When we arrived, the car was cleaned, detailed and ready. At Brown's we were helped by Syed Shah who was friendly, helpful and deeply knowledgeable about our car and the services and extra warranties offered--but with being aggressive. Once the sale was completed, Syed stayed with us well after the dealership closed to ensure we understood everything about our new car (there was a lot to learn!). Overall my experience at Brown's was outstanding and based largely on the professionalism of their staff, would definitely recommend them to friends, even though it is an hour away from where I live.
