Bought Hyundai Tucson Limited - Great Experience The only negative thing I can say is the that my wife and I were at the dealership for more than 4 hours. Given past car buying experiences, that was not too bad considering we took multiple test drives and looked at 4-5 different vehicles. I just wish there was a way to shorten the time it actually takes to purchase a vehicle once the decision has been made. More

Excellent Service, Start to Finish! I have never found the car buying experience to be enjoyable, but the staff at Brown's Manassas Hyundai made it as pleasant as possible. I had expressed an interest in a specific model of the Elantra, and when I arrived, the car was washed, staged for viewing inside (nice touch on a cold January evening), and ready for a test drive. From viewing, to price negotiation, to financing, the staff was friendly, courteous, informed, efficient, and forthcoming in every aspect. I will definitely return in the future. More

I beileve we have now become a Hyundi family instead of a Toyota one. My daughter who will be purchasing a car in a year or so will definatly visit your dealership and look for Sami. I feel that we were treated fairly and with great care in our needs and desires in a new car. Being older (66) there are things that I just don't feel comfortable with and were not pushed into more options than what I wanted or needed. That is rare in a dealership for not pushing the higher end cars to a customer. Thanks again for a great experience! More
