Single Best Car Buying or Leasing Experience Ever I was very impressed with my salesperson Billy Puzon. He was very patient and knowledgable. We had a couple of phone calls before I came in and narrow I was very impressed with my salesperson Billy Puzon. He was very patient and knowledgable. We had a couple of phone calls before I came in and narrowed down what I was looking for. We did the credit application over the phone. By the time I got to the dealership there were a couple of models ready for me to test drive. From arrival at the dealership to driving off the lot was under 2 hours... And that included 2 test drives and all paperwork. Outstanding! And I love my new Sonata! More

Dishonest incompetent and vindictive financing After 5 years I finally got the title for the car we bought. 60 payments all through the bank (automatic withdraws) . I thought everything was fine After 5 years I finally got the title for the car we bought. 60 payments all through the bank (automatic withdraws) . I thought everything was fine and I got the title in the mail. Then they charged me a 61st time. This caused me all kinds of problems with my bank as I didn't have the funds because I wasn't expecting the automatic transfer. I didn't bounce anything, but my bank charged me for transferring money from my savings to cover the charge. I called them up, and they admitted to their mistake and sent me a check. Then months later I started getting bills in the mail for a missed payment. With late charges. I called them again. Was accused of not paying my bill the person I talked to this time was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told one would call me. I never got a call. a month later I called again, after getting another bill, and spoke to the supervisor this time, she said she tried to call my cell phone. I have records of all calls to my iPhone. She lied. I confirmed the number she said she called - it was my number, but no phone calls came in. I thought we worked it out, but several months later I received another bill. I called again, The supervisor (the same lady) said she tried to call my iPhone.. .at this point in time I think she just say's that. she never calls. Again I thought everything was fine, she said she would call me again once she checked some records, (never did) and I just found out they dinged my credit for non-payment. This pisses me off. Their mistake they took money they were not entitled to, They admitted to it, and sent me a check, then they xxxx with me for a full year, and then ding my credit. I don't have any issues with the car, but their financing sucks, I will never again buy anything from Brown's Manassas Hyundai. They are dishonest, liars, totally incompetent, and vindictive. They need to fix this. I highly recommend not using them at all. not worth it. More

He made us feel very comfortable through the entire experience. Everyone in the Sales and Finance offices were wonderful to deal with as well.
